Important Notice Regarding Bankruptcy Matters

Clearpoint Strategy does not accept or provide bankruptcy-related document preparation or administrative assistance in any state or federal district.

Bankruptcy-related documents may arise in connection with broader civil litigation, foreclosure, real-estate, eviction, or related matters. Clearpoint Strategy has permanently discontinued any bankruptcy-related component of its document-preparation and administrative-support services.

Clearpoint Strategy will not prepare, complete, type, format, review, select, revise, assemble, transmit, or file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, statements, exemptions, plans, motions, or any other document intended for use in a bankruptcy case.

Clearpoint Strategy will not advise anyone whether to file bankruptcy, which bankruptcy chapter may apply, how debts or property should be characterized, or how to respond to a bankruptcy court, trustee, creditor, or other bankruptcy participant.

This restriction applies whether bankruptcy-related assistance is requested on its own or arises as part of a broader civil, foreclosure, real-estate, eviction, contract, or other document-preparation matter. Bankruptcy-related work will not be included in any service package, engagement, or document-preparation assignment.

Anyone who needs assistance with an existing or potential bankruptcy matter should promptly consult a licensed bankruptcy attorney or another provider legally authorized to provide bankruptcy assistance.

Clearpoint Strategy has permanently ceased all bankruptcy-related document preparation and administrative assistance.
